FAQ page

Here are the most common questions we hear. We hope you find this info helpfull. If you still have some questions, please contact us.

  • What should I bring with me?
    • Aside from gear you need for skiing or snowboarding, we think you might consider bringing the following things:
      • MP3, Ipod, or any “music playing” device (with headphones!)
      • Good book
      • Pillow and blanket if you plan on sleeping on the bus (you can leave these on the bus while you ski)
      • Sunscreen
      • Your hard earned money (we only take cash on the bus)
  • How should I pack my gear?
    • Please have your equipment stored in bags to avoid scratches.
    • We don’t allow ski/snowboard boots on the bus, so make sure you have a pair of boots/shoes to change into. Ski/snowboard boots need to be stored in the cargo area.
    • We highlyrecommend that you label all your equipment to avoid mix ups.
    • We are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items, but we will do our best to help you if a problem arises.
  • What if it’s snowing?
    • Let’s be honest. This is Colorado and snow is not only a frequent occurrence but also part of the fun of  living here. Our drivers are professionals and experienced in “Colorado style” driving. The busses are equipped with chains for adverse conditions. Please keep in mind that roads sometimes can be closed in Colorado for driving safety. But, if the roads are open and the resorts are operating, we will get you there.
  • Can we leave personal property on the bus?
    • Yes. However, you will not be able to get to your stuff until your scheduled return. Drivers do not stay with the bus after the drop off at the destination. We suggest that you use lockers at the resort to leave stuff that you will need throughout the day and take all valuables with you. We will not be liable for any damaged or stolen property left on the bus.
  • Is there a bathroom on the bus?
    • Bathrooms are available on most of our shuttles, however not all. If we use a coach bus, then yes, there is a bathroom available. If we have a smaller group we will use a smaller vehicle, such as  a people mover or a van, which is  not equipped with a bathroom. In this case our driver will make a “toilet stop” per request.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
    • Yes, you can bring and drink alcohol as long as you are 21 years of age. However, we ask you to respect the other passengers and be quiet and discreet. Keep in mind, we do not allow glass containers and bottles on the bus. Recycling is provided on each trip, so please use recyclable containers.
  • What if the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions or road closures?
    • If the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions or road closures we will refund your ticket or you may use it as a credit for future trip. But make sure to call us in order to receive a refund or credit.
  • When does booking close for each trip?
    • Booking generally closes at 4pm, 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If you are still able to book the trip after this time it means there are still seats available. If we have still seats available we will leave booking open up until 24 hours prior to the trip, however  we highly recommend booking your trip in advance.
  • Do I need to bring a ticket the morning of the trip?
    • You don’t need to bring any confirmation with you. Please just give our representative the confirmation number and your group names.
  • Where can I park my car at the bus pick up location?
    •  Complementary parking is available at all pick up locations. If you are planning on leaving your car overnight, please contact us first for directions where you should park in order to avoid the plowing route. Also, please keep in mind that the parking we use is not monitored. So, please make sure that you  take your valuables with you or hide them out of sight. We are not  liable for any damage to your car.
  • What if the roads are closed and I cannot return back home?
    • If our shuttle gets stranded at a resort, we will work with local hotels and the resort to find you  discounted lodging. However, we cannot be liable for any costs you incur due to road closures and acts of god.
